Updates to the Arizona Residential Lease Agreement
At the end of 2012 SB1062 went into effect. Nothing major changed with the residential lease agreement, but there was a shift from where the handbook can be accessed. It will no longer be on the Secretary of State’s website but will now be available for free download at the Department of Housing website. Yes!
