How do I pay my rent?
ONLINE PAYMENTS
You will receive a separate email from our online system called Appfolio containing the link to your new online portal for West USA Realty Revelation, with instructions on how to log in. If you do not yet receive this email, please check your spam folders and then contact our office for further assistance. We ask that you bookmark this portal to make monthly rent payments easiest.

IN PERSON PAYMENTS AT ANY LOCAL CHASE BANK BRANCH
We are excited to be able to offer this new in person rent payment option to our tenants. We know that the southeast valley is quite a distance from many of the properties we serve. You will now have the option to make your rent payment at any Chase Bank Branch by simply making a deposit into account number 768537003
Please be sure to include Your name and the property address on the check and on the deposit slip.
How do I submit a repair request?
Your new online portal will also be the link used to submit any maintenance requests or report any issues with the property.
We MUST receive an online submission via your portal directly from a tenant named on the lease in order to initiate any calls for service. Even if you have called and spoken with a team member, left a voice mail or sent an email to the office or your property manager, you still must submit all maintenance requests via the online portal. This is a tracking measure that both protects you and also allows us a visual of which vendors we need to follow up with to ensure work is completed. Any voice mails left or emails sent directly to the property manager may be delayed due to office hours, time off or anything else that may limit access to voice mail or email. If you would like assistance in utilizing our online system, please let your property manager know and we would be happy to provide a tutorial.
For emergency issues after hours (before 8am and after 5pm Monday-Friday or on weekends) please contact us via email after submitting your request online to ensure we are aware of the urgency. spectrumgroupaz@gmail.com
Your Lease Agreement
As a reminder:
Rent is to be made payable to “West USA Realty Revelation” and delivered to our office NO LATER than 5pm on the 1st day of the month.
Any rents received after this date, are subject to late fees of $25 one time + $5/day until paid in full.
NO PARTIAL PAYMENTS WILL BE ACCEPTED.
If rents are due on a day that we are closed they must be postmarked before the 1st of the month and/or paid in person or online during normal hours of operation.
This applies to holidays and other office closures as well.
INSPECTIONS
A property manager from the Spectrum Group will conduct a monthly exterior inspection and a quarterly interior inspection of the unit to verify condition as well as to insure that all terms of the lease are being upheld. You will be provided 2 days notice of any entry to the property prior to an inspection being conducted.
